Weddings · Dallas–Fort Worth

Wedding bartending that feels like you.

A styled mobile bar, TABC-certified bartenders and signature cocktails designed around your story, from cocktail hour to last call.

Why couples book Golden Bear

One less thing to worry about on the big day.

Drinks that tell your story

We'll design signature cocktails around the two of you: your first date, your hometowns, your dog. Each gets a name and a spot on a menu sign at the bar.

Venue-ready

Our bartenders are TABC certified and we carry liquor liability insurance. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, we'll provide one.

A shopping list, not a guess

In Texas, couples typically buy the alcohol. We'll send a detailed list based on your guest count and menu, so you buy what you need without a garage full of leftovers.

Set up before guests, gone after

We arrive early to build the bar, serve through the reception and handle the breakdown and cleanup, so your coordinator and family don't have to.

The wedding day

From cocktail hour to last call.

Every wedding runs on a timeline. We fit ours to yours and keep the bar moving so the line never cuts into the dance floor.

  1. Before the wedding

We design your menu together, send your shopping list and confirm setup details and timing with you or your planner.

  2. Setup

We arrive ahead of guests to build and stock the bar, prep garnishes and chill everything down.

  3. Cocktail hour

Signature cocktails ready the moment the ceremony ends, when the bar is busiest.

  4. Toasts & reception

Champagne poured and ready for toasts (with The Grizzly), then full bar service through the night.

  5. Last call & cleanup

We close the bar on your schedule, break down and leave the space clean.

Wedding packages

Most couples choose The Golden or The Grizzly.

The Golden adds custom signature cocktails and a menu sign. The Grizzly covers the whole bar for larger weddings, including beer and wine service and a champagne toast. Compare all packages.

Wedding FAQ

Planning questions, answered.

How many bartenders do we need for our wedding?

We generally recommend one bartender per 50–75 guests, depending on your menu. A 150-guest wedding with signature cocktails usually needs two or three. We'll recommend the right number with your quote.

Will our venue allow an outside bar service?

Many Dallas–Fort Worth venues allow outside bartenders, and some require proof of insurance and TABC certification. Check your venue's vendor policy; we can provide a certificate of insurance for them.

How much alcohol should we buy?

It depends on your guest count, the length of the reception and your menu. Once we've designed your drinks, we'll send a shopping list with exact quantities.

Can you handle the champagne toast?

Yes. A champagne toast is an option with The Grizzly package. We'll pour and have it ready for toasts on your timeline.

Do you offer non-alcoholic drinks?

Yes. We can make mocktail versions of any cocktail on your menu, so every guest has something special to sip.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as you have your date and venue. Weekends in wedding season fill up fast, so 2–3 months ahead is the minimum we'd suggest.
