How quotes work

Every event is priced for what it actually needs.

A 40-person backyard birthday and a 250-guest wedding need very different bars. Instead of one-size-fits-all pricing, we send a free custom quote, usually within a day.

Get your quote

Your quote is based on

  • Guest count. This sets how many bartenders you need, generally one per 50–75 guests.
  • Hours of service. From a short cocktail hour to a full reception.
  • Your package and menu. Signature cocktails, beer and wine, a champagne toast.
  • Location. We serve Dallas and the DFW metroplex; travel fees may apply outside our core area.

You buy the alcohol

In Texas, hosts typically purchase the alcohol. We'll send a shopping list with exact quantities for your menu and guest count.

Mocktails on request

We can make a non-alcoholic version of any cocktail on your menu.

Licensed & insured

TABC-certified bartenders and liquor liability insurance, with a certificate of insurance available for your venue.

Setup & cleanup included

We arrive early to set up and leave the space clean when the bar closes.
